Spread across a sprawling area of 3000 sq.ft, our manufacturing plant is aided with an installing capacity of 1500 units. It is well equipped with different sophisticated machines that help in the smooth production of our array all the year round. We also have a full fledged laboratory installed at our plant site for conducting various tests related to our products. |
Warehousing And PackagingOur sound warehousing facility is segregated and equipped with material handling equipment for the easy storage and fast retrieval of our range in bulk quantities. We ensure that all our products are stored at the right temperature. We ensure that the packaging is temper proof and are unaffected by sunlight, moisture and rodents. Moreover, periodical checking is done by our quality experts for any leakage or spillage.
In order to retain the original condition of all our products, till its delivery, we use hessian cloth for packing. We usually pack our products in 50 Kg laminated PP bags, along with offering them in jumbo bag packing. We also ensure proper labeling of all our products with their respective name and batch number. |
